There isn't any optimal run-time, the more you let the engine run the more chances to trap an even better overall performing GAT to use. There is some slight speed increase in GAT 3.0 vs older versions due to internal improvements but the same advice still apply. Most runs are in the range of a coup...

New Wheel Generator 1.8.5.1 and GAT Engine 3.0.2 versions

New versions of these programs were made available today. The changes mostly include known bug-fixes. Most notably, we hopefully have addressed this error message "Ordinal X not found" which shows up on some installations. Please let us know if you had that error and if it is gone after this update....

Correction for your post, you mention C (10,6,5,6) = 14 Yes this definitely can be reduced with FD % given M=K. A requirement to be able to evaluate the FD % is to have M=K.
